WHAT I DO

EDUCATION PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Overseeing e-Learning degree and non-degree programs, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional student experiences from enrolment through graduation.

E-LEARNING COURSE DESIGN

Designing and developing online courses, leveraging modern instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's taxanomy) and pedagogical methods (Student Centered Learning, Flipped Classroom, Design Thinking).

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT FOR ONLINE COURSES

Creating instructional content: eLearning modules, assignments and rubrics, quizzes, peer reviews, discussion boards, leveraging engaging educational technologies (Articulate, Canvas LMS, Feedback Fruits, Harmonize, Mindflick).

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

Collaborating with subject matter experts, instructors, IT team, program partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and continous improvement.

STUDENT SUPPORT & MENTORING

Providing guidance and mentorship to students. Addressing personal challenges and assisting with technology use to ensure positive online learning experience and successful graduation.

EVALUATION & OPTIMISATION

Evaluating programs by conducting regular student surveys and making data-driven decisions and program improvements to maximise learner experience, performance and engagement.
